The apartment complex is kept up and clean. My neighbors are pleasant to live by and do not cause me any problems. The maintenance staff is prompt and efficient in processing work orders. My experience here for the past two years has been very enjoyable.

I like that the gym is accessible 24 hours a day, the size and floor plan for the apartment is spacious. Tanning is only available during normal business hours so it is not convenient at all times. Pet friendly and a great community of pet owners who are polite and courteous. Parking is awful at nights and on the weekends. Overall the community is safe and filled with wonderful people!

The Fountains is a clean, well-maintained apartment complex. I feel safe living here and enjoy the pet-friendly atmosphere.

I would say that they are helfpul, the apartments are nice, and the maintenance comes when called and fixes things correctly the first time. When we moved in they painted the walls and put in new carpet and new linoleum in the bathrooms. We have enjoyed living here. Although this coming August we are going our separate ways as roommates, we are each looking to stay at the Fountains complex.

I like the spaciousness of the apartment and the view of the pond. It is so relaxing. It's a peaceful environment and management is so helpful.

Living at The Fountains is a great experience. Management is friendly and more than willing to solve any issues, should they arise. The area is always clean and apartments are well-kept.

I have a large, comfortable apartment that's close to everything I need. It's quiet and my neighbors are friendly. I'm a cook so I love the kitchen - good quality appliances and cabinets, although I wish I had a little more counter and storage space. The staff is always there to answer a question. If something's broken, I only have to ask once and maintenance shows up right away to fix the problem. Overall I'm very happy here.

The units are nice, the maintenance is quick on fixing things but the parking is terrible.

These apartments are really nice. The staff is helpful and if there is any need for a repair they send somebody to fix it right away. The only thing that I would like to see changed is to somehow create more parking and also maybe have some community events.

Compared to any other apartment I have lived, The Fountains does a wonderful job with their residents and the apartment complex in general. I really appreciated how nice the staff members are and how quickly the fix issues while keeping everyone informed. Wonderful job, Keep up the good work!
